2 year agoMilitants shot dead a teacher in Kulgam today. She belonged to Samba(Jammu division)& taught at a high school in Kulgam Her relative says, "We want justice. Govt should do something about targeted killings. Security should be given to migrant employees there (Kashmir division)"
